El nivel arbitral era penoso, el pase de Koeman a ferrer parecía fuera de juego por 5 metros….y el gol anulado a laudrup a pase de bakero no lo era por 2 metros
That referee was a cheat plain and simple! Yes Barca was always going to win with their quality, but for Futre to be sent off was beyond contempt. Opposition players would nowadays place the ball for the GK to kick and no cards or warnings are issued and that goal scored with 3 Barca players standing offside is wrong on all levels.

E' vero fu una grande prova del Barca, contro un Atletico che applicò male la tattica del fuorigioco.
Stoichkov , mio idolo di allora, fu grande protagonista ed ero veramente felice. Peccato che si faceva ammonire e espellere troppo spesso… comunque era il giocatore chiave della squadra e lo fu in tutti
e 4 i campionati vinti dal 1990 al 1994.
