The atletico madrid hate is crazy they knocked out liverpool before and man united this season I think they can still win pep has flopped in the champions league before.
I think they are totally wrong that Atletico Madrid won't change their tactics. I think this was Simeone's plan all along: to get a draw if possible or as few goals against them for the away game. Next game they will still play defense, but they will aggressively attack. And everyone will be shocked if Atletico win. But the chances are probably only 60/40 in favor of City. My prediction.
