Atletico should just play 4-2-3-1 Oblak: Molina,Gimenez,Savic,Reinildo: Llorente,Koke:Correa,Felix,Carrasco: Morata as their default starting 11 but we all know Simeone won't play this.
Every single time I ALWAYS see and hear only negativity around Atletico Madrid from ESPN channels. It's always more negatives talked about than positive, I honestly hate it now that the media always pin Atletico as a negative club.
They need to make smarter financial decisions, build the squad by finding undervalued players like the old days!

Atletico's board are a joke. They refuse to build a complete team. Only 6 defenders: Savic and Gimenez always hurt, Felipe, Hermoso, Lodi all suck, and Nahuel Molina is new.
When they won 3-0 I didn’t see any clip or video about it on the ESPN channels, but as soon as they lose there is 😂🤣.
You people know it’s a 38 game season? Nobody is expected to win all 38 🤷🏾♂️
Then again, media and 99% of fans are pathetic and fickle. Leave Diego Simeone alone and stop trying to call for his job but go silent when they win.

After the first match you were all praising Atleti…but now….
One off night, thats all. Simeone was outcoached by Emery for the first time in his career, after 10 years of Emery trying it was bound to happen one day eventually. Atleti had played 5 games before this one, 4 preseason and one la liga, and had won all 5 with 4 of them by big margins. Cholo got everything wrong in this one and hence we lost. Even then, if that ball that Rulli saves for 1-1 goes in a further 3 cms, they wouldnt have even lost. It will be worrying if it happens again over the next couple of fixtures with Valencia and Real Sociedad. Till then its just one game.
They have a defensive problem. All this talk about Cristiano when in fact they should go after more defenders. Gimenez is almost always injured and Savic is getting old and losing his speed. They need young and good defenders.

His style has outlived it's usefulness..
That team has enough talent to compete at the highest level and win consecutive titles but it doesn't happen because Diego has a talent of stifling a talented team…
Shocking enough the same amount of energy Man City or Liverpool use to pressure and win the ball to maintain possession is the same amount Atletico Madrid use to defend and not have the ball.
That can be very exhausting.
