I knew this day was coming, and factually yes we are better without them. The fact is that Frankie and Pedri have their own unique playing style. However what they contribute to a game can be done by someone else and it also comes with a cost. Pedri is excellent at ball control, finding space, short passes and tempo control along with ball retention and simply just maintaining possession. Frankie is the work horse and runs into the box and driving through midfield and making pre assist. The problem lies when they both play together. Neither of them are playmaker and always chose the safer pass and option. That slows our game down and create little to no chances. I guarantee that if they return to the squad before the UCL quarter finals we are going out of the ucl. Barca from recent years have a serious issue with creative players and those who are willing to take chances. That is why I will always play Fermin instead of Pedri. The goals he scores and creates is priceless, and with Curbarsi playing from deep, we really need a runner who can finish, a goal scoring midfielder. So for me Frankie, Gundo, Fermin and Raphina.

Rather than thinking about selling Frenkie , pedri, we should think about how la masia players should be in the team even more amount or buy new players , pedri even after returning from injuries have been getting more minutes than players like tchouameni,grealish etc . thats a gream title of the video..i noticed that a while ago that this Generation of FcB lacks something even though having great ballers like Frenkie or Pedri and now after watching Napoli vs Barca and Atletico i think i know what i meant. ATTACKING MIDFIELDER. This generation of new players plays well if they play more SIMPLE. No Shiki Taka Sh*t. Fermin Lopez reminds me more of Muller for Bayern and thats why Lewa gets good passes. He is not a CMF he is a AMF and plays forward,not back and im telling you,if Frenkie and Pedri would play vs Napoli or Atletico,we would loose..We need Attacking midfielders and Fermin is a beast ! The same goes with Joao Felix,he thinkgs forwards and whenever he plays there is wind up front. If i would have to keep one baller in the CMF area that is Gundo. I don't quite agree. FDJ is an excellent player, but I've said it before, he doesn't fit Xavi's team. He can work but it isn't as effective as it could be. His style does not fit in the way Xavi wants this team to play. With Busquets he could be free to play his best version, but without Busquets, he's hamstrung.
The big difference in the team is cu cu cubarsi and Christensen protecting the back line.
I think they play better without De Jong. He carries the ball too much which isn't fast, so it slows the ball. We could sell him and get a proper CDM

The last time we played this good was in the liga game against Real Madrid this season. We played really fast, we kept pressing, we completely dominated them. I vividly remember being in awe at how good and fast we were in that first half, we made Real Madrid look like a 2nd division team. But we missed that efficency in front of the goal and couldn't sustain the same energy in the second half. Frenkie didn't play this match. There's no way it's a coincidence the fastest we played this season was without Frenkie. I love him but there's no denying he slows the attack down.
I don't know that I agree with this entire take. I think fdj is important. But pedri ihas become a walking liability.
I think in the grand scheme of things you're going to see a situation where Gavi is going to have a bigger impact on Barcelona going forward than pedri.
Unfortunately with ffp and the financial situation Barcelona is in selling pedri wouldn't make much sense because La Liga would yank a bunch of that money anyways.
But I do think fdj is a huge part of this team but this year he seems to be often injured when normally he isn't.
